As the Novell Coffee team continues to navigate the current situation and take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and communities, we would like to thank our customers for their continued support and commitment during these uncertain times.
In an effort to prevent the spread of (COVID-19, the Novell Coffee team would like to share the following updates and changes implemented:
Our Customer Service team is still available to support you with any queries via our online and social media platforms.
All Inventories is being handled and shipped directly by our warehouse team and 3rd party courier service/royal mail.
Packaging zones and operators are working with a 2m distancing policy and following strict clean down measures at regular intervals
All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol and wear gloves when handling packages
Hand sanitisers / cleaning wipes and sprays are available throughout the warehouse and office area.
We are working with reduced staff on shift to decrease contact.
